Priority Critical Technology Solutions 4You LLC (“PCTS4You”, “we”, or “us”) provides training, coaching, education, and technology onboarding services for individuals, small businesses, and community clients. By engaging our services, accessing our website, or communicating with us via any channel, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services

PCTS4You offers 1:1 and group-based educational services focused on:

• ChatGPT onboarding and productivity training

• Custom GPT and AI tool implementation

• Bitcoin fundamentals and self-custody coaching

• Workflow design for small business or personal optimization

We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. All services are educational in nature and are customized based on your input, goals, and comfort level.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date information during consultations

• Applying learnings in accordance with their own risk tolerance and discretion

• Ensuring compliance with any organizational or regulatory policies applicable to them

Sessions may be recorded (with consent) for quality assurance or learning follow-up.

Payment & Cancellation

All pricing is transparent and available at pcts4you.com/pricing. Payment is due prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at 50%.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data, ideas, and business information as confidential and do not share it outside of our engagement without consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

PCTS4You is not liable for any loss, delay, or outcome resulting from your implementation of advice, software, or workflow strategies introduced during training. Our services are advisory and educational in nature and carry no performance guarantees.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
